Crude Oil Moisture Determining Centrifuge is designed according to the method of measuring moisture and precipitation in crude oil (centrifugal method). The content of moisture and precipitate in crude oil is determined by centrifugal method. Therefore, it is an ideal equipment for moisture determination in oil production and scientific research institute.
Our Crude Oil Moisture Determining Centrifuge is specially designed for determining sediment and water content in crude oil, fuel oils and middle distillate fuels. It uses centrifugation mothod to achieve the determination of oil moisture and sediment. Frequency conversion motor drive is adopted. This machine features maintenance-free, microcomputer control, LCD display. Moreover, it has the functions of heating and constant temperature to meet the experimental requirements of customers.

Large LCD display shows rotor model, speed, timing, temperature, acceleration/deceleration rate and error information.
It provides fast and uniform heating and has the function of temperature control and maintenance to meet the temperature requirement of centrifuge in petroleum industry.
The use of large torque frequency conversion motor makes acceleration and deceleration stable and fast, long life, maintenance-free, low noise, and stability greatly improved.
The automatic fault diagnosis system can detect errors, such as overspeed, overheated, unbalanced to enhance the safety of equipment.
Controlled by computer and touch screen, this crude oil moisture determining centrifuge can modify parameters easily to facilitate users'use.
